Skip Duepree

Skip Deupree - Westminster Development

Skip has has over 40 year experience in real estate development. His journey to develop senior living properties specializing in memory care began in 2008. Having cared for both his parents at the end of their life as well as other relatives, Skip struggled to find dependable and qualified caregivers for around the clock care for his family members. After years of caring for his mother and watching other friends endure the same hardships with their loved ones, he set out to explore the possibilities for memory care facilities-one in which he would be proud to have his parents reside.

Skip's passion to create a loving environment specifically for memory care residents led to his development of Westminster Memory Care Facilities. Skip brings a wealth of knowledge to the LLC with 40 years of experience in the field of development, construction, management, sales and healthcare experience to the LLC.
